Working on trying to set up photoshoots for this coming Saturday with a few models and cars. Starting to work on the story with Jason McCann for a new feature on the Joyrides Art Company website. In the early stages of another Joyrides Project I hope to have available in the near future too. Postings may be a little slow this week since I haven't really shot much lately.
Went out this morning to El Porto to shoot a few guys surfing. Tomorrow the surf is supposed to be big. Cheyne Magnusson headed out to Mexico and the guys from today are probably heading over to Hammerland in LA Co to shoot some more with local South Bay Surf Photographer, Mike Balzer. I may go down there and shoot for a little bit too. Well see. I may choose to sleep in.
Nate Yeomans. He just qualified for the 2010 WCT. He's looking to make a stand and be on tour for awhile.
El Segundo local and Body Glove team manager, Matt Chernega.
Working on a piece on Jason McCann for the Joyrides website for awhile now. Spent Sunday morning finishing up the photo part of the piece. Now all I got to do is do the interview and lay it out on the website. Hopefully to have it done soon.
Happy New Year everyone. Thank you to all who have supported me and Joyrides Art Co. I had a blast photographing everyone and their motorcycles in 2009 and look forward to more photoshoots in 2010. Grateful to all the new friends I made through my photography adventures. Keep building bitchin motorcycles and hot rods and I hope I can get the chance to photograph them soon.
A few things getting out there that I have worked on or shot photos of. Guy over at Greasy Kulture got some new t-shirts printed and I was able to contribute a couple of designs to him. Click here to buy some.
Greasy Kulture was also recently featured in Japan's VIBES magazine and has a few pages from recent shoots with John Edwards and Mike Davis that I shot in that issue.
Currently submitting photos for JoMo Racing to GQ Italy magazine for a feature they plan to run on the guys. Also, Hell for Leather Magazine will be doing a feature on the JoMo Racing motorcycles. Keep your eyes out for it.
