Panhead Jeff - Las Vegas

One of the guys you can always count on.  Jeff Goo of Vegas.  Talk about a true friend.  Runs out to California with our other friend Nate at 3 in the afternoon on Saturday.  Goes to the GNRS for less than an hour and jumps right back on the freeway back to Vegas.  Gets out of Nate's car, jumps on his Panhead and heads over to the Hard Rock Hotel to hang out with me and Liz till about 2 in the morning.  Good times.

Contraband

While in Vegas in between drinks we managed to go see the movie Contraband with Mark Walhberg and Kate Beckinsale. Awesome movie. Go see it.

Weekend In Sin City

Spent the weekend in Sin City for a little work and a lot of R&R.  Good times hanging out with Andrew, Stephanie and as always Jeff.  I shot Jeff's Panhead for a upcoming editorial feature.  Now it's back to the grindstone.  Have a bunch of cars and bikes to shoot in a very short amount of time.

One of the perks of having friends who build bitchin bikes is being the first in line to photograph them. When John asked me to shoot his bike for Street Chopper my answer was automatic. "When do you want to do it."  I would be crazy not to shoot his bike.  When Jeff Holt said he wanted to put it on the cover I was even more excited and nervous all the same. I needed to nail a shot that was cover worthy and that is not easy, but in the end everything worked out and I was happy with the outcome.  Thank you John for asking me to shoot it, Jeff Holt for wanting to publish my work and the lovely Fawn for riding on the bike to get the shot. Here are a few pictures that were in the feature and few that were not. Enjoy.

Back From Hawaii

Got back from Hawaii yesterday.  A full week of shooting photos in one of the most beautiful places on earth.  Always enjoy my time on the North Shore but now it's back to work and get back to shooting motorcycles. 

The waves were constantly on this past week along the North Shore with a whole lot of barreling going on.  Cheyne Magnusson got more than his share of them.

Night Shot at Turtle Bay

Had a great dinner at Lei Lei's and the group then went to the SURFER bar in Turtle Bay.  I was pretty much done for the night and had to wait for everyone else to leave since I didn't have a car.  So to kill time I took some night shots to see what I would get.
