D-Man Festival
Went down to Redondo Beach for the D-Man Festival a couple weeks back. It is a charity event for cancer. There was games, food, beer, vendors and bands for the entertainment. I mainly went because I wanted to see The Black Pacific play. Here are some photos from the day.

Floyd Mayweather Vs. Larry Merchant
The Mayweather Vs. Ortiz fight was a waste of my pay per view money.
But Larry Merchant may it all worth it in the end. I was texting my buddy Andrew earlier in the broadcast that Larry Merchant needed to stop talking. He surprised the hell out of me in the end. Merchant vs Mayweather was the best part of the show.

Mark Kubr-Stuntman-Immortals
Did some headshots of Stuntman Mark Kubr today. Mark is the stunt double for Mickey Rourke in the upcoming movie Immortals due for release on 11-11-11. Click here to see the movie trailer. You can also see Mark in other movies such as Lords of Dogtown, Iron Man 2 (He was the guy in the jail that Mickey Rourke kills) and Spider Man 3 (he was the bouncer in the bar that Peter Parker beats up.) Edgar Hernandez-Starlight Rod & Kustom Pt.1
Shot Edgar, Owner of Starlite Rod & Customs in Torrance, truck for Flywheels Magazine in Japan. The issue is out now but very hard to find in the US. Joyrides Art Co Website Being Redesigned
So it's probably been close to 2 years since I posted a new Joyrides Showcase feature. I have been working on a new website redesign these past few days so I can give you something fresh to look at. With the new design I will have 2 new Joyrides showcase features to present. The first one will be on Ian Berky out of Burbank. I sat down with Ian almost a year ago and did a pictorial and interview with him. So I will finally get that one up for you to read and view. The second one will be a little more recent and it will be on Sean Yontz of Denver. I did this interview and photoshoot with him when I was up there for the Love Thy Chopper show. Couple of other showcases I need to finish up are on Irish Rich from Denver and the one and only Pac Man from Venice Ca. My target date to launch the new website is late September. Thank you for being patient and hope you like what I put together. In the meantime I will post more pictures of the new shop that I am part of as well. We are trying to get that up and running by this month as well.
