LA Kings and Ilya Kovalchuk

Apparently Ilya Kovalchuk is coming down to LA to visit. Now why would he come down to visit with the LA Kings when last report was the Kings were out of the race to sign him?

Busy Weekend

Busy weekend. Started out on Saturday going down to Jason's house and meeting up to ride down to Curley's with Pat and J. Good times. I have pics to post from that day later in the week. Then I got up early Sunday morning and headed out to Murrieta to meet up with Jeremy and Todd. Jeremy has a Shovelhead and Todd rides a Panhead. This was a photoshoot a long time in the making for Greasy Kulture magazine. We tried setting up shoots before but first Todd's bike broke down and when his was ready then Jeremy's broke down. But we got it done and I'll be going through the photos to submit to Guy for some upcoming issues in GKM.

NHL Free Agents

Tomorrow is the day clubs can sign unrestricted free agents. Let's see if the LA Kings pull off something big. Crossing my fingers

Canon 5D Out Of Commission

Out on a photoshoot tonight in Downey at Bob's Big Boy Broiler. My Canon 5D broke while shooting. I was lucky enough that Neira from Holland was staying with one of the Los Boulevardos guys and had her new Canon 5D with her. She offered it to me so I can shoot the rest of the night. Thank you Neira you are a lifesaver. Check out her website. www.neira.nl.

Garage Company Saturday Night Ride

Mike Davis had sent me a email a while back telling me that Garage Co. was doing a show at the shop so I planned to ride down there and check it out. It was just going to be my buddy Jack Audiss and I but Jack called a couple of his friends and it turned into a pretty big group.
Jack and I got there early and hung out and waited for the guys.
His buddy Robbie, whose bike is in the current Horse magazine showed up.
Cheech also came out to ride on his 77 Shovel.
While we waited for the rest of the guys I shot a few photos.

They made it down pretty quick coming from John's house.

Grant on his Shovel.
Harpoon on his Pan.
Gassed up and we were ready to roll. We jumped on the 405 Fwy and headed north towards Inglewood. It was a cool ride and awesome to see a pretty good group of bikes blasting down the freeway.

Inside Garage Company is pretty amazing. A lot of stuff in there.

They had food and drinks for the guests.

It was great weather again in Southern California for riding.
